Microgaming, Switch Studios Roll Out Sleek New Table Games

Leading online casino supplier Microgaming has recently dropped four new table game titles to up its game in that lucrative vertical and has revealed plans to soon release two more games.

All new additions to Microgaming’s table games portfolio have been crafted by Switch Studios, an independent game studio that develops content exclusively for the Isle of Man-based iGaming supplier and its ever-growing network of clients.

Microgaming and its partner released the first of the planned six new table games this past Wednesday. Both the already launched and the soon-to-be-released titles are optimized for desktop and mobile devices and provide tailored immersive experience.

The first batch of games dropped on Wednesday, December 4. Following the success of Switch Studios’ European Blackjack title, which the game creator rolled-out exclusively for Microgaming earlier this year, it has designed a suite of five more blackjack variants.

Atlantic City Blackjack, Vegas Strip Blackjack, Vegas Downtown Blackjack, and Classic Blackjack went live simultaneously this week. A fifth blackjack title – Vegas Single Deck Blackjack – is set to be rolled out on December 11.

Each of the five games reimagine classic casino experience with a minimalist design that focuses on quality of action.

The new blackjack titles were built on Switch Studios’ powerful new engine. The games feature Standard Side Bets: Double Down, Insurance, and Split Hands and combine fluid gameplay and thrilling animations and sound for the ultimate casino experience.

New Baccarat Title Dropping Soon

Next week will also see the launch of Switch Studios’ new Baccarat game. That product is too powered by the gaming studio’s new engine, and features clean graphics, intuitive interface, and superior sound for enhanced experience.

Baccarat’s classy color scheme, sleek design, and many features offer a modern twist to an all-time favorite table game.

Microgaming’s new Baccarat title implements the game’s essential player-controlled Card Squeeze mechanic in a revolutionary way, thus enabling players to peel, pull, rotate, and flip their cards. The new game also includes a customizable Scorecard feature, Advanced Road Statistics, and a Turbo Mode for that extra edge.

Commenting on the newest additions to their portfolio, Microgaming Director of Global Operations James Buchanan said that each of the six new titles “realises Switch Studios’ ambition to refresh the table games market with exciting casino experiences.”

Mr. Buchanan went on that the five blackjack and the new baccarat title are “sure to set the standard for a new breed of table gaming.”

Earlier this year, Switch Studios also developed European Roulette and American Roulette exclusively for Microgaming.

Tom David, Head of Studio at Switch Studios, said that their latest blackjack and baccarat titles “provide new and seasoned players with a thrilling, modern and enjoyable mobile-friendly gameplay experience both at home and on the go.”

Mr. David also added that each of the six games comes with a unique built-in feature that makes it possible for operators to “put their own stamp on it” and apply their own branding to the felt color, the logo stamp, the card back color, and the card back logo.
