EveryMatrix Grows Front-Ent Division with TOTOIT Acquisition
Online gambling technology solutions provider EveryMatrix this week announced the acquisition of development company TOTOIT in a bid to further evolve its front-end development capacities.
EveryMatrix has worked with TOTOIT on a number of development projects over the past few years and said that it is now ready to integrate the company within its ever-expanding structure.
TOTOIT is based in Thailand where it employs more than 20 employees, each seasoned in technology and development. The company specializes in the creation of front-end solutions, bespoke websites, intranet and extranet design, and custom programming, among other things.

TOTOIT has been catering to a wide range of clients from different areas and industries across Europe and Southeast Asia. It has built a reputation for always trying to push the limits of HTML and responsive design and delivering simple but efficient workflows.
As part of the EveryMatrix group, TOTOIT will join forces with its new owner’s Front-End Division and will help its top clients build outstanding websites that are exclusively tailored to their unique value proposition.
TOTOIT joins EveryMatrix’s wide range of APIs that offer all the tools and systems online gambling operators need to build personalized and localized gaming and sports betting experiences up from scratch.
Happy to Welcome TOTOIT
Commenting on the acquisition of TOTOIT, EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes said that they have successfully collaborated with the company for several years now and that they are happy to welcome its experienced staff to the EveryMatrix organization.
Mr. Groes went on to say that TOTOIT’s employees already have “a deep understanding of our APIs and processes” and that he has “nothing but praise for this team” as he knows them as “efficient, reliable, and service-minded” with great business knowledge that will certainly add new dimensions when it comes to gamification innovation.

Mr. Groes also noted that the acquisition of TOTOIT will provide his company with the opportunity to improve further its services in particular the ones provided to tier-one clients for which they want “the bandwidth to do fully bespoke solutions.”
The purchase of TOTOIT marks another important milestone in a busy year for EveryMatrix. In its half-year update the company said that its OddsMatrix set of sports betting software solutions has launched 11 new clients during the first six months of 2020 and has delivered its Esports Services to several established brands.
Its CasinoEngine online casino integration platform secured 10 new clients that have integrated at least one of its iGaming solutions. In addition, CasinoEngine’s content library added games by 12 new slots and virtual sports providers.
Spearhead Studios, EveryMatrix’s game development arm, launched new titles in H1 and its games went live with 28 online casino operators as well as with content aggregation platforms United Remote and Microgaming.
