Aspire Global’s Pariplay to Supply Content to 888casino in New Jersey

Online gambling group Aspire Global has reached an important milestone in its growth strategy that will see it enter the lucrative US iGaming market.

The company announced today that it will be able to enter the US online gambling space through a recent deal between Pariplay, which it acquired earlier this year, and major online gaming operator 888casino.

Under the terms of the deal, Pariplay, which manages one of the largest content aggregators in the industry, will supply games to 888casino in the regulated market of the US state of New Jersey. The gaming provider will deliver both proprietary titles and third-party content to the online gaming operation.

The recently signed deal represents an extension of Pariplay and 888casino’s long-standing partnership that has seen the provider deliver games to the casino brand in a number of markets.

News about Pariplay’s entry into the New Jersey market arrive shortly after the company obtained a license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. As a result, all of its content, both proprietary and delivered by third-party game providers, is now licensed in the Garden State.

Pariplay said today that it has several more deals in the pipeline and that, through those deals, it aims to make a “big impact” in the regulated US gambling market.

Accelerating B2B Growth

Last month, Aspire Global finalized the previously announced acquisition of Pariplay in a €13.1 million deal. The gambling group said earlier this year that it has moved to purchase Pariplay as it was looking to strengthen its B2B business through external game sales.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Aspire Global CEO Tsachi Maimon said that they are very excited for Pariplay and that they hope that its license in New Jersey would act “as the spearhead of our future efforts to enter the US market.”

Mr. Maimon added that Pariplay’s deal with 888casino and its entry into New Jersey was completely “in line with our M&A strategy and we look forward to realizing the full potential of this opportunity.”

888casino entered the New Jersey iGaming market in 2015, or about a year and a half after online gambling was legalized in the state. The addition of Pariplay content has been the latest of a series of recent moves related to the popular casino brand’s efforts to boost its offering in the Garden State.

Earlier this year, 888casino debuted a revamped New Jersey-facing website that provided customers with enhanced functionalities and experience. The upgraded operation became available across desktop as well as iOS and Android devices to offer user-friendly navigation, rich audio-visuals, and a wide range of online casino games, among other improvements.

Commenting on the addition of Pariplay content, Yaniv Sherman, SVP Head of Commercial Development at 888, said today that the provider is a long-standing partner of theirs and that they are looking forward to going live with its games in New Jersey.

Mr. Sherman added that they expect this to happen soon, subject to regulatory approvals.
