Korea’s Biggest Crypto Exchange UPbit Comes Out Clean in Audit after Raid

UPbit, presently the largest crypto exchange in South Korea, came out clean in an audit record which proved the exchange had 100 percent of the amount its balance sheet showed. Four days succeeding to the raid, the UPbit team worked with Yoojin, one of the largest bookkeeping firms in South korea, to confirm the holdings of the exchange as well as the company's balance sheet. Due to the failure of Bithumb to process down payments and also withdrawals for over a month, UPbit has surpassed Bithumb to become the largest crypto exchange in South Korea.
